Rasheed Draman

Rasheed Draman is a governance expert with 18 years of experience in the field of parliamentary development.  Rasheed has provided technical support to over 50 parliaments around the world, most of them in Africa.  He is currently the Executive Director of the African Centre for Parliamentary Affairs (ACEPA), based in Accra, Ghana.  ACEPA provides technical and capacity enhancement support to parliaments in Africa.
