Martín Del Castillo

Martín del Castillo is an economist and political scientist. He has more than 20 years of experience in governance, advocacy, conflict sensitivity and management of programs and projects, particularly in the water, sanitation and solid waste management sector. Martín has been working for Helvetas since 2007. For the prior ten years, he worked in different Bolivian public sector departments related to decentralization and anti-corruption. He teaches postgraduate courses on water governance and local services, local public management, project management and conflict-sensitive management. Martín holds a master's degree in public management and decentralization, as well as a master's degree in development.
