Lilit Hovhannisyan

Lilit Hovhannisyan works at Strategic Development Agency (SDA) as a Project Manager. Before joining SDA, she worked with civil society organizations for more than 10 years. Lilit has experience working in the field of vocational education and training (VET) and has worked closely with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia and other stakeholders in the country. Since July 2020, as part of the RECONOMY Regional Programme of Sida, implemented by Helvetas, she is managing the “Skills, knowledge and intermediation development” pilot project implemented by SDA.
