Etienne Zoundi is managing the labour-intensive infrastructure program (HIMO) in Burkina Faso. He graduated in Economics and International Development, specializing in Project and Program Management from the University of Clermont-Ferrand (France). Etienne has worked in international development since 2008 and joined Helvetas in 2014 as coordinator of the rural road programme with a focus on decentralisation and local governance. He has worked with various public and private institutions for more than 20 years supporting local initiatives, particularly related to rural access.
