Arnaldo Pellini
Arnaldo Pellini is a Research Associate at the Overseas Development Institute in London. He holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Tampere (Finland) and has been working for 15 years on governance reforms and on systems and processes to support the production, demand and use of knowledge to inform policy decisions in several Southeast Asian countries. His current research interests are problem-driven development, adaptive programming, and the effect on knowledge systems, governance, and policymaking of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He has published extensively on education in international development, governance and decentralization reforms, and the demand and use of evidence in policymaking with the Overseas Development Institute, in academic articles, book chapters, blog posts, and opinion pieces. He is a co-editor of Knowledge, Politics and Policymaking in Indonesia (Springer 2018) and an Associate Editor with the journal Evidence & Policy.
