Anastasia Bekish

Anastasia Bekish is the Environment and Climate Change Manager of the RECONOMY Regional Programme. She a professional in the field of climate policy, civil society development, and project management with 10-years’ experience in non-profit organizations in Belarus and Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia region. Until recently, she was the Executive Director of the coalition of Belarusian environmental non-profit organizations “Green Network” and a Member of the Board of Directors at Climate Action Network International, the world’s largest network of CSOs working in the field of climate change with more than 1300 members in 120 countries. She has a deep knowledge of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change) negotiation process and served as a CSOs observer, as well as a negotiator on behalf of the Republic of Belarus (COP21 in Paris).
