The regional programme RECONOMY seeks to contribute to inclusive economic development to women and youth, including other disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, in 12 countries in Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and the Western Balkans. To achieve this objective, the design and management of the programme needs to be flexible and adaptable and be able to continuously learn from and react to the ever-changing and evolving nature of the problems which the programme addresses—in skills development, financial and business services, and advocacy systems.
So, in this episode, we talk to inclusive economic development experts at Agora Global about what RECONOMY is trying to do and how it will work: Ben Taylor, Niall Condon, James Lloyd and Justin van Rhyn.
