Event Supplier for ACC Meeting

HELVETAS is an independent development organization based in Switzerland with affiliated organizations in Germany and the United States. Under the SWITCH-Asia program of the European Union, HELVETAS is undertaking the Project “Circular Economy Cocoa: From Bean to Bar” with the main objective to develop circular economy solutions in cocoa and other agri-food sectors, leading to equitable economic growth decoupled from harmful environmental impacts. 

As part of the project's activities, the Annual Meeting of the ASEAN Cocoa Club (ACC) is scheduled for 6 to 12 September 2024 at a quality venue in Vung Tau City. The event will accommodate 70 participants.
We are seeking a service supplier to organize the event in Vung Tau with detailed requirements described in the attached Scope of Work.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their proposals detailing:

• Proposed services and deliverables.
• Budget breakdown.
• Relevant experience and references.
