CONSULTANT TO SURVEY ON POLICIES / SUPPORT MECHANISM FOR PROMOTING DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-QUALITY TEA PRODUCTION IN LAO CAI

HELVETAS Vietnam is implementing Project “Women’s Economic Empowerment through market systems development in Medicinal Plants and Shantea Intercropping with Medicinal Plants“ in Bat Xat and Bac Ha districts, Lao Cai province. The project is looking for consultant(s) for:

-             Carry out a review of policies/mechanisms to support the development of phytopharmaceuticals production and trading in Lao Cai province.

-             Collaborate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to organize an open dialogue workshop in order to find solutions to promote the province’s sustainable development of medicinal herbs’ manufacturing and trading.
