AGENCY TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT TRADE FAIR BOOTHS

Helvetas Vietnam is implementing the Project “Scaling up of Ethical BioTrade initiatives within Phyto-pharmaceutical sector in Vietnam 2016-2020” funded by EU (BioTrade EU project) and the Project "The Regional BioTrade Project Southeast Asia" (BioTrade SECO Project).

The common objective of the projects is to contribute that Vietnam is an internationally recognized supplier country of natural ingredient products for phyto-pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries – sourced and processed according to voluntary Ethical BioTrade (EBT) standards.

SMEs working on manufacturing and trading herbal products (including food) is one of the targeted objects of the projects. In particular, the projects implement the communication and promotion of EBT products’ values in order to promote the trade and consumption of those SMEs’ products.

From 6th to 9th August 2020, the BioTrade EU project supports SMEs participating in VIETFOOD AND BEVERAGE - PROPACK 24 trade fair in HCMC, which creates opportunities for SMEs’ branding and trade promotion.

We are looking for an agency to carry out the design and construction of 09 trade fair booths for the BioTrade projects and their partner enterprises at this event. Detailed information will be provided in the attached TOR.
