Finance Management Workshop from 18th to 22nd June 2018
From 18th to 22nd June 2018, Helvetas has organized a Finance Management Workshop for 18 national finance staff in Asia & East Africa.
The main programs of the workshop include a) Organizational Strategy and b) Finance & Services Strategy with the special focus on the Strategy of Finance and Controlling c) HR Development Strategy. The content is mixed of introduction and experience sharing from country offices. Other topics such as partnership policy, internal audit, local mandates and anti-corruption & fraud were also focused on the workshop. On Tuesday, a cultural event and a joint dinner were held for participants to learn more about each other. On the last day of the workshop, a field visit to BioTrade project in Vietnam was organized for participants.
The workshop was successfully organized with well instructed by Helvetas Head Office’s staff and good logistics provided by Centre for Rural Economy Development (CRED).
