Ansu Tumbahangfe

Ansu Tumbahangfe has over 15 years of experience in rural development. Her expertise is in policy support, program formulation, system development, and research. Her background is in rural development, where she has a double masters – Rural Livelihoods and Global Change (Institute of Social Studies/Erasmus University, The Netherlands) and Rural Development (Tribhuvan University, Nepal).

Currently, she is the Director of TRAC4Change, a decentralized division of Helvetas established to provide advisory services on rural access to the Global South. Key areas include the transferring technical know-how on trail bridges and assisting governments and development partners to adapt and institutionalize rural access into their systems. She has authored/co-authored several research papers on rural development published in international journals/bulletins.
