Time Extension for INVITATION FOR BIDS

Water Resources Management Programme (WARM-P), Helvetas Nepal expresses sincere apology for inconvenience caused due to the sudden technical problem on website server. Hence, Helvetas Nepal extends submission deadline of Sealed Bid published on 23 March 2023 in Kantipur daily with the following modification.

  1. Interested potential bidders can contact to water.np@helvetas.org on or before 6 April 2023 for bid document.
  2. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office address as follows: Water Resources Management Programme (WARM-P), Helvetas Nepal , Birendranagar, Surkhet
  3. The last date for submission of sealed bid is on 07 April 2023 latest by 2:30PM. The bidders who already submitted the bid shall be considered for further process.
  4. The bids will be opened on 07 April 2023, at 3PM in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend.
  5. Bid security should be in a form of bank guarantee issued by "A" class commercial bank in favour of "Water Resources Management Programme (WARM-P), Helvetas Nepal", which is convertible into cash in Nepal without any condition (unconditional). The validity of bid security should be minimum until 17 June 2023 (71 days from the 07 April 2023).
  6. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Rest of the details shall be applied from previous notice (i.e. published on 23 March 2023 in Kantipur daily).
