Manuela Häfeli

Manuela Häfeli holds two Master of Advanced Studies degrees – one in HR Management from FHNW and another in Work- & Organizational Psychology from the University of Fribourg – as well as a CAS in Global Mobility Management from ZHAW. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, she has developed substantial expertise and led numerous projects to enhance HR services. In her current role, she is responsible for strategic initiatives in personnel and organizational development and co-leads the People & Culture Department with Kathrin Indermaur. Previously, she served as Head of HR & Organization at Stiftung Züriwerk and began her career at CSC. There, she held various positions and was most recently a consultant in Learning & Development, managing strategic and operational activities across several European countries.
