Agnieszka Kroskowska
Agnieszka Kroskowska started working in local development in the early nineties with youth and Native American communities in North America before shifting to international development in Southeast Asia in 2003. She has also supported programs in Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe and MENA. With a background in social sciences and education, she has always emphasized citizen, women and youth’s participation and self-determination in her work. As team leader of the Voice, Inclusion, Cohesion working area and senior advisor/coordinator of Gender and Social Equity, Agnieszka supports the organization to walk its talk at the institutional and program levels. She thereby ensures the intersectionality’s of good governance, gender and human rights are mainstreamed in policies, strategies, procedures, our working areas and in our everyday work at head office and in partner country programs and projects, applying do no harm and conflict sensitivity.
