Request for Proposal
Helvetas Bhutan invites proposals from eligible Bhutanese individuals and firms to conduct an Assessment on: Public Perception of Civil Society Contributions, and Citizen Satisfaction with CSO & CBO programs and activities.
The proposal must contain the following based on the ToR:
- Draft outline of the Assessment Study in report format
- Proposed methodology of the Assessment
- Tentative workplan
- CVs of lead consultant and others team members
- Relevant services carried out in last 5 years
- Financial Proposal
The last date for submission of proposal is 2nd June 2020, 5.00 PM BST.
The proposals will be opened on 3rd June 2020 at 9.00 AM.
