Request for Proposal - to develop a Guidance Manual for HR, Administration and Finance for CSOs
Helvetas Bhutan invites proposals from eligible Bhutanese individuals and firms to develop a Guidance Manual for HR, Administration and Finance for CSOs and conduct Sensitization Workshop.
The proposal must contain the following:
- Draft outline of the Guidance Manual for HR, Administration and Finance for CSOs, in report format.
- Literature review, methodology and working modality with tentative workplan.
- CVs of consultant(s) along with relevant assignments carried out in the last 5 years.
- Financial Proposal on a lumpsum or per diem basis.
