Request for Proposal- Midterm Evaluation of the Decentralization and Local Governance Project
Helvetas Bhutan invites proposals from eligible national consulting firm to conduct mid-term evaluation for Decentralization and Local Governance Project (DLGP) implemented by Department of Local Governance and HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.
The proposal must contain the following based on ToR;
1. Draft outline of evaluation report
2. Proposed methodology of the evaluation.
3. Financial proposal on lumpsum basis for period of 20 days.
4. Work plan
The last date for submission of proposal is 15th April, 2021 by 2.30PM BST.
The proposals will be opened on same day at 3.00 PM.
