Ueli Winzenried

Ueli Winzenried is a business economist who has gained additional qualifications in Fontainebleau and the University of Stanford (CA). He has many years of corporate experience in domestic and international business, served as a director at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG and is the current CEO of Gebäudeversicherung Bern (GVB), where he will remain until the end of the year. He also works as a business consultant at a law firm whose offices are located in Bern and Zurich. He currently serves on the supervisory boards and foundation boards of various companies and non-profit organisations. Ueli Winzenried's interest in development cooperation goes back to the 1980s, when he worked in Peru for three years.
